PakPoints is a community platform providing society listings and information, business directories and reviews, property listings, event listings and community announcements, free item exchanges, educational institute directories, mosque and religious place listings, and community forums.
To access certain features you must register for an account and agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, keep your password secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You are responsible for all content you post. You agree not to post false, misleading, or fraudulent information; content that violates laws or the rights of others; spam or unauthorized promotions; or content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive. We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove content that violates these terms.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PakPoints. You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe intellectual property rights, to harass or harm others, to submit false information, to transmit malicious code, to scrape or spider the Service, or to interfere with its security features.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee the Service will be available at all times, nor do we guarantee the accuracy or completeness of user-generated or third-party content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PakPoints shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PakPoints and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for a breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We may modify these Terms at any time; material revisions will be notified at least 30 days before taking effect.
